In the fourth season of The Next Iron Chef, she began working as an assistant chef for Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian. In 2008 she became the host of The Food Network's The Cooking Loft with Alex Guarnaschelli in which she instructs a small group of students in the art of teaching them transform classic meals.
